Shipping policy
To make international ordering as simple as possible, Pigment Hair absorbs a portion of customs and import costs on eligible orders. We offer two types of delivery depending on the item you choose:
Ready to Ship (UK, USA and EU).
Dispatched within 48 hours of your order being placed with a 3-5 working day delivery.
Pre-Orders: (UK, USA and EU).
Please allow 4–6 weeks for processing before dispatch. Each piece is carefully prepared and checked to ensure it meets our quality standards.
While we always aim to dispatch orders within the estimated timeframe, occasional delays can occur. We kindly ask for your patience, as delays may happen for a number of reasons — if you haven’t received your delivery within 8 weeks from the purchase date please contact beth@pigmenthair.co.uk
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive confirmation and tracking details.
