RETURNS POLICY
We want you to feel completely confident in your purchase. 
As each wig is a personal and often custom item, our returns policy is designed with both hygiene and fairness in mind.
READY-TO-SHIP WIGS
We accept returns on ready-to-ship wigs within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must:
  • Be unworn and unused
  • Have all tags attached
  • Be in original condition and packaging
  • Not have been altered, styled, cut, or washed
Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
CUSTOM WIGS
All custom-made wigs are non-refundable and non-returnable.
Each custom piece is created specifically to your measurements, preferences, and design choices, making it unique to you.
If you’re unsure before ordering, we strongly recommend reaching out so we can guide you.
HYGIENE NOTICE
Due to the nature of wigs and hair products, we cannot accept returns on any items that have been worn, tried on without a wig cap, or show any signs of use.
HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN
To start a return, please email us at:

Include:
  • Your order number
  • The reason for return
If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send your item back.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow a few working days for it to appear, depending on your bank.
FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS
In the unlikely event that your item arrives faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 24  hours of delivery with photos, and we will resolve this as quickly as possible.
RETURN SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Our wigs feature a 6” x 12” deep parting space, allowing for versatile styling and natural-looking parting in multiple directions.
Each wig is designed with adjustable straps and an integrated wig band for a secure, comfortable fit. All wigs are crafted using premium HD lace for a seamless, realistic finish. Bleached knots are also included to create the appearance of natural hair growth and enhance the overall realism of the wig.
